1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and 4042 Solutions Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the PlatformTaxHub website and services, as well as all subsidiaries and associated brands including platformincome.com and platformearners.com. By accessing the site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our separate Disclaimer Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the services.

2. ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION

To use PlatformTaxHub, you must provide accurate business information, including your registered business name and tax identifiers. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.​

3. SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING

• Billing Cycle: Our services are billed on a subscription basis (e.g., quarterly or monthly).
• Fees: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon 30 days' notice.
• Payment Processing: We use Stripe and other third-party processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.​

4. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

4.1 How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time by sending us a cancellation request. If available in your dashboard, you may also cancel directly via the "Billing" tab in your Account Settings.

4.2 Access After Cancellation

Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to your dashboard and data until the end of your current, paid billing period. No further charges will be made to your payment method after the current period ends.

4.3 Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds, prorated or otherwise, for partial subscription periods or unused time. Because PlatformTaxHub provides immediate access to proprietary financial modeling, data aggregation tools, compliance reporting, and digital content, the service is deemed "fully consumed" for that period upon purchase. This applies to all products, including Income Trackers and Financial Analysis dashboards, as the value (data organization and insight) is delivered immediately upon access.

4.4 AI Content Acknowledgement

By purchasing any AI-generated report or analysis, you explicitly acknowledge that due to the personalized and immediate nature of this digital content, the purchase is non-refundable once the generation process has been initiated or delivered.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & AI USAGE

• Ownership: All software, AI logic, and content on PlatformTaxHub are the property of 4042 Solutions Group LLC.
• AI Outputs: Subject to the separate Disclaimer Policy, you are granted a limited license to use AI-generated reports for your own internal business compliance. You may not resell or redistribute our AI-generated logic.
• Copyright and Trademarks: The content, software, and materials on PlatformTaxHub, including the "PlatformTaxHub" name and logo, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to use these marks without our prior written consent. The software and its structure, organization, and code are the valuable trade secrets and confidential information of 4042 Solutions Group LLC.
• Reverse Engineering Prohibited: Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, reproduce or create derivative works based on PlatformTaxHub's features, functionality, algorithms or design. Commercial use of insights gained from using the platform to build competing products is expressly prohibited.

6. FREE TOOLS, WIDGETS, AND TEMPLATES

• Grant of License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, PlatformTaxHub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use our free tools, calculators, widgets, Chrome extensions, and Notion templates (the "Free Tools") solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
• Intellectual Property Ownership: You acknowledge that all right, title, and interest in and to the Free Tools, including all underlying software, code, algorithms, user interface designs, and content, are and will remain the exclusive property of 4042 Solutions Group LLC and its licensors. The "Platform Income Operating System™" name and associated materials are trademarks of 4042 Solutions Group LLC. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our names, logos, or trademarks. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
• Restrictions on Use: You may not, and may not permit others to:
  • (a) copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Free Tools;
  • (b) sell, resell, license, sublicense, distribute, rent, or lease the Free Tools, in whole or in part, including embedding them in other applications or websites without our express prior written consent (except for authorized Partners utilizing provided marketing assets and embed codes);
  • (c) use the Free Tools for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party (except for authorized promotion by Partners);
  • (d) remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in or on the Free Tools.
• Data Collection: Our Chrome extensions collect a randomly-generated anonymous identifier and a log of which domain, tool, and role was displayed to you, used solely to improve tool suggestions. No email address or page content is collected. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for full details.

7. DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

• Dispute Resolution: Before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider, please contact us first. We are committed to resolving billing disputes fairly and quickly.
• Chargeback Policy: Initiating a chargeback for a valid purchase without contacting us first is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension. We contest all invalid chargebacks with evidence of your explicit consent at checkout and proof of service delivery (e.g., access logs).

8. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination for cause (e.g., violation of our Acceptable Use Policy), no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period, and all access to the service will be immediately revoked.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4042 Solutions Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.​

10. USER-ENTERED DATA AND GENERATED DOCUMENTS

PlatformTaxHub generates financial summaries based solely on user-entered data. The platform does not verify, audit or authenticate any data entered by users. Statements of Earnings are generated from self-reported information only. PlatformTaxHub accepts no liability for the accuracy of user-entered data or for any use of generated documents in financial, legal, mortgage, rental or visa applications. Fraudulent use of platform-generated documents constitutes a breach of these terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

11. ANONYMISED DATA & PLATFORM ECONOMY INSIGHTS

By using PlatformTaxHub, you agree that we may collect, aggregate and analyse anonymised, non-identifiable financial data derived from your use of the platform. This data is used to improve our services, generate industry benchmarks, and produce Platform Economy Reports. No individually identifiable information is included in any aggregated dataset or published insight. This data may be made available to users as anonymised benchmarking features or sold as aggregated market research. Your personal data remains subject to our Privacy Policy at all times.

12. SEPARATE DISCLAIMER

Your use of this service is subject to the PlatformTaxHub Disclaimer Policy, which governs the "As-Is" nature of our AI tax strategy recommendations and the absence of professional tax advice.​

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the jurisdiction in which 4042 Solutions Group LLC is registered.

14. AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS

If you participate in our Affiliate Program, you agree to the following anti-abuse and operational rules:

• Commission Eligibility: Commissions are paid only on confirmed, non-refunded sales. While our general policy is "All Sales Final," we reserve the right to deduct commissions if a transaction is subject to a chargeback or dispute.
• No Self-Referrals: You cannot earn commissions on your own purchases. We monitor for matching email addresses, devices, and IP addresses between your own affiliate account and the accounts of people you refer. Matches are flagged for manual review before commission is paid out — see Fraud Prevention below.
• New Users Only: Commissions are not paid for referring existing users or friends who are already in our database (de-duplication applies).
• Attribution: Attribution requires the use of your unique Affiliate ID/Link. We do not support attribution via UTM parameters alone or retroactive claims.
• Fraud Prevention: We employ automated flagging for suspicious activity, such as multiple signups from the same IP address using the same payment method. Such transactions will be flagged for manual review.
• Payment Pausing: If suspicious behavior is detected, we reserve the right to pause affiliate payments pending a manual review of the traffic and conversions.
• Payout Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly, subject to a 30-day holding period to account for potential refunds or disputes.
