Diversity & Inclusion
PlatformTaxHub is built on the conviction that financial clarity is a right, not a privilege reserved for traditional employees. The platform economy — creators, gig workers, freelancers, online sellers, and hosts — represents the most diverse and underserved segment of the global workforce, spanning every continent, currency, and income level.
Accessibility by Design
We design our product with accessibility at its core:
- Jargon-free interfaces for users without accounting backgrounds
- Multi-currency normalisation for cross-border earners
- Free utility tools ensuring that basic financial visibility is available to everyone, not just those who can afford premium subscriptions
- Multi-jurisdiction support recognising that platform earners exist in every country, not just the US and UK
Our Commitment
As we scale from a capital-efficient startup to a global team, we are committed to:
- Building a diverse workforce that reflects the platform earners we serve
- Advancing financial inclusion by helping non-traditional earners access mortgages, credit, and insurance through verified, lender-ready documentation
- Removing systemic barriers that have historically excluded millions of capable workers from the financial system
Why This Matters
435 million people earn through digital platforms globally. They are disproportionately young, from emerging economies, and from communities historically underserved by traditional financial services. When financial tools are built only for salaried employees in developed markets, these earners are invisible to the systems that determine creditworthiness, tax compliance, and economic participation.
Our mission is not just to build software — it is to dismantle the systemic barriers that have historically excluded millions of capable workers from the financial system.
