The Business Growth Framework has three parts. Fee Leakage Recovery finds your true effective platform fee rate rather than the published one. Earnings Optimisation diagnoses tax liability, deductions and business structure. Cross-Border Tax Recovery identifies double taxation exposure and available treaty relief. It is a destination framework, powered by the data the Financial Control Framework builds.
Designed, not yet built
This framework is part of the Platform Income Operating System™ architecture and is on the roadmap. The two foundation layers, Income Clarity and Financial Control, are live today.

The Business Growth Framework
Platform earners routinely lose income, but rarely by underearning. They lose it through structural inefficiency: fees never recovered as deductions, tax overpaid because gross was mistaken for net, cross-border obligations that created a liability where treaty relief was sitting unused.
None of that is visible without a history to look at. That is why this is a destination framework rather than a foundation one. It reads the categorised, normalised dataset that the Financial Control Framework builds, and asks a different question of it: not what happened, but what it cost you.
Fee Leakage Recovery
Not the published commission rate, but the actual share of gross income absorbed by platform fees, payment processing, withdrawal charges and currency conversion once they are added together. That figure is almost always higher than the headline rate, and it is the one that determines what your pricing needs to be.
Earnings Optimisation
A diagnosis of tax liability, the deductions specific to your income types and platforms, and whether your business structure is quietly adding to your taxable income. The output is a route to paying less, legally, by using what is already available to you.
Cross-Border Tax Recovery
For income arriving from platforms in several countries: residency position, treaty rights, and where the same money is being taxed twice. The aim is a structure that removes unnecessary liability and stays audit-ready.
Where this sits
This is the third of four frameworks in the Platform Income Operating System™. It is a destination, not a stage, and it runs alongside Strategic Insights rather than before or after it. Which one you reach for depends on the question you have: this one is for recovering what you are losing.
