Creva is the strongest choice if you are purely a content creator with brand deals — its brand-deal pipeline is a real feature nothing else here matches. EarnifyHub's Creator Money OS is best if you want a free, lightweight dashboard for affiliate, ad and product revenue. PlatformTaxHub is the choice when your income crosses economies — creator plus gig, marketplace, freelance or rental — or crosses currencies and countries, because that is the income the creator-only tools cannot see.
Which Income Tracker Actually Sees All Your Income?
Every comparison of creator income trackers asks the same question: which dashboard has the nicest charts? That is the wrong question.
The right question is narrower and much more uncomfortable: does this tool see all of your income, or only the part of it that fits its category?
Because for most people reading this, the answer is "only part". And a financial tool that sees part of your income cannot produce a correct net profit figure, a correct tax estimate, or an income statement a lender will accept. It produces a confident, well-designed, wrong number.
This is an honest comparison. Two of the three tools here are competitors of ours, and there are situations where each of them is the better buy. Those situations are marked clearly.
All competitor details below are taken from each company's public pages as of September 2026 and may have changed since.
The category problem
The platform economy is not one economy. It is at least six:
- Creator — YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, Patreon, Spotify
- Gig — Uber, Bolt, Lyft, DoorDash, Deliveroo, Uber Eats
- Freelance — Upwork, Fiverr, Toptal, direct clients
- Marketplace — Etsy, Amazon, Gumroad, Shopify
- Property — Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com
- Services — coaching, consulting, courses
Almost every income tool on the market picks one of these and builds for it. Mileage apps build for gig. Invoicing suites build for freelance. Creator dashboards build for creator.
That specialisation is genuinely valuable — right up until your income stops respecting the category boundary. The driver who started a YouTube channel about driving. The Etsy seller who now takes brand deals. The freelancer who bought a rental. At that point every single-economy tool in the market becomes a partial view, and you are back to a spreadsheet to reconcile them.
Creva: the strongest creator-only option
Creva describes itself as the business dashboard for content creators, built for YouTubers, podcasters, influencers and digital creators.
What it does well. Creva's platform integrations cover YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Twitch, podcasts, AdSense and Spotify. It tracks multi-stream creator income across AdSense, sponsorships, affiliate marketing, merchandise and Patreon, categorises expenses automatically for tax, and produces quarterly tax estimates with deduction optimisation.
Its standout feature is brand deal tracking — following a partnership from pitch through contract, deliverables and deadlines to payment status. That is a genuinely hard problem, it is specific to creators who do sponsorships, and we do not offer it. If sponsorship pipeline management is your daily pain, Creva solves something we do not.
Where it stops. Creva's integration list is entirely creator platforms. There is no mention of gig platforms, online marketplaces or rental services anywhere in its product positioning. Its public pages also do not address multi-currency support or country coverage, and "quarterly tax estimates" describes the US quarterly payment model. If you are a creator outside the US, or a creator who also sells on Etsy, that is worth confirming before you commit.
Buy Creva if: you earn only from creator platforms, sponsorships are a meaningful share of your revenue, and you are based in the US.
EarnifyHub's Creator Money OS: the lightweight free option
EarnifyHub is primarily a large content operation covering creator income, online earning methods and monetisation guides. Alongside it sits Creator Money OS, a tracking tool for affiliate income, ad revenue and digital product sales, with examples referencing Lemon Squeezy, Amazon Associates, Mediavine and AdSense.
What it does well. The dashboard filters and searches income entries, sets monthly goals against revenue trends, and identifies your top-performing source. Its most interesting feature is a Kanban board for income experiments, moving ideas from Test to In Progress to Scaled to Dropped. That is a growth-management tool rather than a finance tool, and it is a genuinely good idea — deciding what to kill is most of the job in a portfolio of income streams.
Where it stops. Its public pages do not address tax estimates, multi-currency support, multi-country rules, or gig, marketplace and rental income. The entry caps on the lower tiers also matter more than they look: an active seller or driver can generate hundreds of transactions a month on a single platform, so volume limits on the lower plans make it a manual-summary product rather than a transaction-level one.
Buy Creator Money OS if: you want a free or low-cost dashboard for a handful of affiliate, ad and digital-product streams, and you handle tax separately.
Where PlatformTaxHub is different
We built for the earner whose income does not fit one category.
Six economies, not one. Gig, creator, freelance, marketplace, property and services income live in the same dashboard, with CSV import covering 144+ platforms. The Uber income and the YouTube income are in one net position, because that is how tax assesses them.
Gross, fees, and net as separate numbers. This is the failure that costs platform earners the most money and it is almost universal. Your bank sees the payout. The payout is net — the platform already took its cut. But most tax authorities assess you on gross, and the fee is a deductible expense you have to claim separately. Tools that read a bank feed or a payout total structurally cannot see the difference. We reconstruct it. You can check the size of that gap for your own platform with the free Take Home Pay Calculator, or compare effective take rates across platforms with the Platform Fee Comparison.
Multi-currency and multi-country by default. Earnings convert to your home currency at official rates. The Tax Deadline Clock covers filing and payment deadlines across 40+ countries. The Currency Take-Home Calculator shows what a cross-border payment actually leaves you after FX spread and intermediary fees — a cost most creators never account for and cannot deduct if they never measured it.
Free calculators, not a free trial. There are 44 free tools with no signup, including take-home pay and payout calendars for YouTube, Uber, Etsy, Upwork and Airbnb, plus mileage deductions for drivers and couriers and a benefits safety net calculator covering platforms and countries.
Where we are weaker. We do not track brand deal pipelines — no contracts, deliverables or payment-status workflow. We do not do automatic GPS mileage capture. We do not offer creator-specific growth analytics like audience or content performance. If those are your primary needs, buy the specialist.

How to actually choose
Ignore the feature lists for a moment and answer three questions.
1. Does your income cross an economy boundary? If you earn from creator platforms and anything else — driving, selling, freelancing, hosting — a creator-only tool will give you a partial picture, and you will end up reconciling the rest by hand. That is the single most important question here.
2. Does your income cross a currency or country boundary? A US creator paid in USD has a simple problem. A Nigerian creator paid by AdSense in USD, a UK host paid by Airbnb in GBP and EUR, or an Australian freelancer on Upwork all have a harder one — and it is a problem none of the creator-only tools publicly claim to solve.
3. What is your actual daily pain? If it is chasing sponsors for payment, that is Creva. If it is deciding which of your six side projects to kill, that is Creator Money OS. If it is not knowing what you actually kept, what you owe, or what you can prove to a lender, that is us.
There is no shame in the answer being one of the other two. There is real cost in picking a tool that cannot see half your money.
Start with the numbers, not the subscription
Before you pay anyone — including us — establish the gap between what you earned and what you kept. Run your last quarter through the Take Home Pay Calculator and compare your platforms in the Platform Fee Comparison. Both are free and neither asks for an email.
If that gap is small and all your income comes from one economy, buy the specialist tool that fits it. If the gap is large, or your income is spread across economies and currencies, that is the problem the Income Tracker was built for.
You can also see our full comparison against every category of income tool — accounting software, mileage apps, banking products, spreadsheets and accountants — including where each of them beats us.
